On Monday, December 1, Expect delays on Upper Neck Road, County Route 690 in the area of English Road (Township Road) and Willow Grove Road, County Road 639. There will be a stormwater pipe repair operation during the period of 7:00 am to 4:00 pm on Monday, 12/1 through Tuesday, 12/2.
A detour route will be used during this repair period, the detour route will be English Road to Willow Grove Road, County Road 639.
