Household Verification
- Copy of lease or mortgage
- Most recent gas and electric bills
Proof of Income
- Social Security letter
- Child support documentation
- Alimony documentation
- Unemployment documentation
- Disability letter
- Last 2 pay stubs (if paid biweekly)
- Last 4 pay stubs (if paid weekly)
- Survivor benefits
Identification
- Identification cards for ALL household members (including school ID)
- Social security cards for everyone in household
- Birth certificate for anyone age 1 or younger
