Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals for professional engineering services pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A: 4.1-4.5 will be received by the County Purchasing Agent of the County of Salem.
Proposals for the following professional services will be accepted and considered:
Professional Engineering Services for Training Site Upgrades for Expanded Educational Programs by the Mid-Atlantic States Career and Education Center in Salem, New Jersey
Specifications may be obtained daily between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM from the Salem County Purchasing Department, 110 Fifth Street, Suite 400, Salem, New Jersey 08079 or they may be mailed upon telephone request (856) 935-7510, extension 8401 or email request to email@example.com.
Proposals shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the legend,
“Proposal for Providing Professional Engineering Services for Training Site Upgrades for Expanded Educational Programs by the Mid-Atlantic States Career and Education Center in Salem, New Jersey”
on the outermost envelope. Respondents shall deliver one (1) original , clearly marked “ORIGINAL” and five (5) copies of each proposal. The proposals shall be returned to the Salem County Purchasing Agent by Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at 11:00 AM, prevailing time, when they will be opened and read in public. Late proposals will not be considered.
A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Submission Conference will be held at the Salem County Fifth Street Complex, 110 Fifth Street, Suite 400, Salem, New Jersey, 08079 on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at 1:00 PM prevailing time. Respondents are strongly encouraged to attend this meeting. Questions on the RFP will be accepted in writing until Friday, July 26, 2019 at 12:00 noon.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, C. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) Affirmative Action and P.L. 1977, C. 33 (N.J.S.A. 52-25-24.2) Corporate Disclosure.
Financial assistance for this activity is made possible by a grant in the amount of $310,000.00 from the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, Division of Community Resources, New Jersey Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program, Philip D. Murphy, Governor, State of New Jersey, Sheila Y. Oliver, Lt. Governor and Commissioner, New Jersey Department of Community of Affairs. Funding for the State’s CDBG Program was provided by a grant from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, State Community Development Block Grant Program.
