On Thursday, May 29, 2025 from 6:00 pm until 11:00 pm, in the Davidow Theater at Salem Community College, 460 Hollywood Ave, Carneys Point, NJ 08069, a public meeting will be held by the Salem County Board of County Commissioners to hear residents’ comments regarding the Giordano Vineland Scrap Material, LLC (Giordano) application for inclusion in the Salem County District Solid Waste Management Plan. Giordano is proposing to construct a facility consisting of a Transfer Station/Material Recovery Facility (TS/MRF), Single Stream Class A (with metal buy-back center), and Class B Recycling Center and Class C decasing area at 107 Tilbury Road, Salem New Jersey, Block 47, Lots 2,3,4, and 5.
