Covid-19 News & Information
Salem County Department of Health has implemented an Online COVID-19 Vaccination Appointment Scheduler. Currently this is only open to individuals who qualify under Phase 1a and 1b defined by the Governor. This includes healthcare workers, first responders, adults over the age of 65+, and any adult with underlying health conditions.
***All appointments have been booked. Once we receive word from the state about our vaccine we will schedule more COVID-19 vaccination clinics. Please stay tuned to our website and Facebook page for the latest information.***

New COVID-19 housing assistance program can help pay housing costs for new jersey residents unable to make payments due to COVID-19; households can get help to pay overdue and upcoming rent or mortgage.

The Public Hearing will be held Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at 2:30 pm by Zoom/Audio. For the purpose of soliciting comments on the proposed 2021 contract with NJ Transit on the use of funds provided under the Senior Citizens and Disabled Residents Transportation Assistance Act and Rural Area Public Transportation (5311).
The public hearing will be held on Friday, October 9, 2020 at 2 pm via a Zoom Video Conference or telephone call. The 2021 Area Plan provides services funded under the Older Americans Act, Social Service Block Grant, Adult Protective Services, State and Federal funds.
