The Capital Ordinance, the summary terms of which are included herein, has been finally adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Salem, State of New Jersey on February 18, 2026. Title: Capital Ordinance Providing For Various Capital Improvements To The Salem County Correctional Facility By And For The County Of Salem, State Of New Jersey; And Appropriating $7,200,000 From The County Of Gloucester, State Of New Jersey
Purpose(s): Various Capital Improvements At The Salem County Correctional Facility Including, But Not Limited To, The Repair And/Or Replacement Of Roof And Updates To Locking Control System, And Also Shall Also Include All Equipment, Accessories, Materials And Work Necessary Therefor Or Incidental Thereto
Appropriation: $7,200,000
