Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals for competitive contracting, not subject to public bidding pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1 will be received by the County Purchasing Agent of the County of Salem. The following services have been established as priorities:

“For Providing One Stop Career Services – WIOA Title 1-B Adult, Dislocated Worker and Youth Services for Cumberland, Salem, and Cape May County by means of the Cumberland, Salem, Cape May County Workforce Development Board” – RFP # 24-0002

Specifications may be obtained daily between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM from the Salem County Purchasing Department, Fifth Street Office Complex, and 110 Fifth Street, Suite 400, Salem, New Jersey 08079

Responses shall be made on the forms and submitted in the manner designated within the specifications.  They shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the legend, For Providing One Stop Career Services – WIOA Title 1-B Adult, Dislocated Worker and Youth Services for Cumberland, Salem, and Cape May County by means of the Cumberland, Salem, Cape May County Workforce Development Board” – RFP # 24-0002

on the outermost package.  Respondents must submit one Original (clearly marked “Original”) and two complete hard copies and one electronic copy of their responses. The proposals shall be returned to the Salem County Purchasing Department, Attn: Stephen Hoffman – Purchasing Assistant, 110 Fifth Street, Salem, NJ 08079 no later than May 2, 2024 at 11:00 am prevailing time, when they will be opened and read in public at Salem County Offices, 110 Fifth Street, Conference Room 400, Salem, NJ 08079.  Late bids will not be considered.
