The Salem County Purchasing Agent invites sealed bids for Removing the Existing Fabric Covering and Supplying, Furnishing and Installing a New Fabric Covering for the Salt Storage Building for the County of Salem.The existing salt storage building is located at the Salem County Road Department, 153 Cemetery Road, Woodstown, NJ.
Specifications may be obtained daily between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM from the Salem County Purchasing Department, Salem County Administration Building, 110 Fifth Street, Suite 400, Salem, New Jersey, 08079 or they will be e-mailed or mailed upon telephone request (856) 935-7510, Extension 8401 or e-mailed request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Bids shall be made on the standard bid forms and submitted in the manner designated within the Specifications. They shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the legend, “Bid for Removing the Existing Fabric Covering and Supplying, Furnishing and Installing a New Fabric Covering for the Existing Salt Storage Building for the County of Salem.” on the outermost packaging. The bids shall be returned to the Salem County Purchasing Agent by Thursday, January 24, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. prevailing time, when they will be opened and read in public. Late bids will not be considered.
A pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on January 14, 2019, commencing at 9:00 AM at the Salem County Road Department, 153 Cemetery Road, Woodstown, NJ 08089.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) Affirmative Action and P.L. 1977, c. 33 (N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2) Corporate Disclosure.
