DRBA Schedules Bridge Deck Overlay Project Virtual Public Town Halls
The Delaware River and Bay Authority (DRBA) will hold two virtual town hall meetings to provide a detail briefing on the multi-year project on the New Jersey-bound span of the Delaware Memorial Bridge.

Suicide & Crisis Lifeline 988
Beginning July 16, 988 will become the nationwide dialing code for crisis & suicide prevention. This will allow anyone to call 988 and get help specifically designed for someone dealing with a mental health crisis.

Today Healthy Scoot Adventures went to the Cohanzik Zoo. We enjoyed lunch under the pavilions and then walked around the zoo before meeting up and enjoying a presentation by zookeeper Allison who showed us several of the zoo’s special animals.

Office on Aging and Disabilities to Conduct Public Hearing

Salem County Office on Aging and Disabilities will be at Halter’s Farm Market until 11am, June 22, 2022. They will be distributing Farm Market Vouchers to seniors 60 and older.

Salem County Office on Aging & Disabilities Fan Distribution
Salem County Office on Aging & Disabilities distributed fans to our local Seniors and Disabled residents on May 27, 2022 at the Salem County Offices and again on June 2, 2022 at the Salem Community College. A total of 137 fans were distributed.
Nursing Division Free Lead and Health Screenings
Salem County Health Department Nursing Division will be offering free lead and health screenings on the 1st Thursday of each month from 1:00pm-3:00pm at the Salem County Health Department.
