County Counsel
As county counsel the incumbent is the law officer of the county, with the power, duty and responsibility of managing all legal matters for the county.
He/she does not represent the members of the board individually, but only collectively when acting as a board. (See Evanko v. Duff, 1960 – Pillsbury v. Board of Chosen County Commissioners of Monmouth County NJ)
