BID INVITATION AND NOTICE TO BIDDERS COUNTY OF SALEM, NEW JERSEY
Willdan Energy Solutions, acting as the Lead Agency on behalf Salem County, invites sealed bids for Solar PV PPA.
Bids shall be made on the standard bid forms and submitted in the manner designated within the Specifications. They shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes with the outermost envelope bearing the legend, “Bid for Solar PV PPA” on the outside. The bids shall be returned to the Salem County Purchasing Agent at 110 Fifth Street, Suite 400, Salem, NJ 08079, no later than Friday, October 29, 2021 at 11:00 AM prevailing time, when they will be opened and read in public. Late bids will not be considered.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and P.L. 1975, C. 127 (NJAC 17:27) Affirmative Action and P.L. 1977, c. 33 as amended by P.L. 2016, c. 43, N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 Corporate Disclosure.
Any questions regarding the specifications prior to the opening may be addressed to Nick Hesser and Rahul Sheth of Willdan Energy Solutions at and no later than 3:00PM Friday October 15, 2021.
