Notice is hereby given that sealed qualifications for professional services, not subject to bidding pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5 will be received by the County Purchasing Agent of the County of Salem. The sealed qualifications will be opened and recorded at the Salem County Purchasing Department on Friday, November 8, 2013 at 1:00 pm by the Purchasing Agent.
Qualifications for the following professional services will be accepted and considered: Historic Preservation Consultant
Specifications may be obtained daily between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM from the Salem County Purchasing Department, Salem County Administration Building, 94 Market Street, 2nd Floor, Salem, New Jersey 08079 or they may be mailed on telephone request (856) 935-7510, extension 8401.
Proposals shall be made on the proposal form provided and in the manner prescribed. Vendors will provide two (2) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy of their proposed submission with the original proposal. They shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the legend, “Qualifications for Historic Preservation Consultant” on the outside. The proposals shall be returned to the Salem County Purchasing Agent by November 8, 2013 at 1:00 PM, prevailing time, when they will be opened and read in public. Late proposals will not be considered.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, C. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) Affirmative Action and P.L. 1977, C. 33 (N.J.S.A. 52-25-24.2) Corporate Disclosure.
