COUNTY OF SALEM, NEW JERSEY
Notice is hereby given that sealed Proposals for competitive contracting, not subject to public bidding pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1 will be received by the Public Works Committee of the Salem County Board of Chosen Freeholders. Proposals for the Design of the Replacement of Murphy’s Bridge, County Bridge #1711-111 on Friendship Road, a Local Road over Muddy Run in Upper Pittsgrove Township for the County of Salem will be accepted and considered.
A “Request for Proposal” (RFP document may be obtained daily between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM from the Salem County Engineer’s Office, 110 Fifth Street, Suite 600, Salem, New Jersey 08079, or it can be mailed on telephone request to (856) 935-7510, extension 8549.
Proposals shall be made in the manner prescribed. The Proposal shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the legend, PROPOSAL for the Design of the Replacement of Murphy’s Bridge, County Bridge #1711-111 on Friendship Road, a Local Road, over Muddy Run in Upper Pittsgrove Township for the County of Salem on the outside. The Proposal shall be returned to the Salem County Engineer’s Office on or before 11:00 AM, prevailing time on June 9, 2015. The Proposals will be opened by the County Engineer. Late Proposals will not be considered.
Firms are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, C. 127 (NJAC 17:27, et seq) Affirmative Action and P.L. 1977, C.33 (N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2) Corporate Disclosure.
