Notice is hereby given that sealed qualifications for professional services for the year 2014, not subject to bidding pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5 will be received by the County Purchasing Agent of the County of Salem. The sealed qualifications will be opened and recorded at the Purchasing Department on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at 2:00 PM by the Purchasing Agent.
Qualifications for the following professional services will be accepted and considered:
- Bond Counsel
- County Engineer
- Special Counsel-Labor
- Attorney – Office on Aging
- Grant Writer
- Physician at Salem County Correctional Facility
- Nurse Practitioner at Salem County Correctional Facility
- Psychological/Psychiatric Services at Salem County Correctional Facility
- Government Affairs Strategy Consultant
- Comprehensive Drug and Alcohol Turnkey Compliance Management Program
- Financial Advisor
Specifications may be obtained daily between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM from the Salem County Purchasing Department, Salem County Administration Building, 94 Market Street, 2nd fl., Salem, New Jersey 08079 or they may be mailed on telephone request (856) 935-7510, extension 8401.
Proposals shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the legend, “Qualifications for Professional Services” on the outside. The proposals shall be returned to the Salem County Purchasing Agent by December 17, 2013 at 2:00 PM, prevailing time, when they will be opened and read in public. Late proposals will not be considered.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, C. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) Affirmative Action and P.L. 1977, C. 33 (N.J.S.A. 52-25-24.2) Corporate Disclosure.
