NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACT UNDER A NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT
The County of Salem intends to participate in the Keystone Purchasing Network contract for “Providing Portable Modulars and Buildings” to purchase a portable office for the Salem County Correctional Facility.
Information regarding the contract may be obtained daily between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM from the Salem County Purchasing Department, Salem County Administration Building, 94 Market Street, Salem, New Jersey, 08079, as well as on the Keystone Purchasing Network’s website at: www.thekpn.org.
The County of Salem anticipates joining the Keystone Purchasing Network contract on January 22, 2014. The Keystone Purchasing Network’s contract term shall be for one year, commencing February 1, 2014 and terminating January 31, 2015.
It is the intent of the Salem County Board of Chosen Freeholders to make a contract award to Modular Genius pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Keystone Purchasing Network’s Request for Bids.
The County of Salem is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
