Inspection of the Memorial Lake Railroad Bridge – Professional Services

The Transportation Committee of the Salem County Board of Chosen Freeholders invites sealed Proposals and Qualifications for Professional Services for the Inspection of the Memorial Lake Railroad Bridge located at Memorial Lake and Millbrooke Avenue in the Borough of Woodstown for the County of Salem.

A “Request for Proposal and Qualifications” (RFP/RFQ) document may be obtained daily between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM from the Salem County Purchasing Office, 94 Market Street, Salem, New Jersey 08079, or it can be mailed on telephone request to (856) 935-7510, extension 8401.

Proposals shall be made in the manner prescribed. The Proposal shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the legend, PROPOSAL and QUALIFICATIONS for Professional Services for the Inspection of the Memorial Lake Railroad Bridge located at Memorial Lake and Millbrooke Avenue in the Borough of Woodstown for the County of Salem on the outside. The Proposal shall be returned to the Salem County Purchasing Office on or before 2:00 PM, prevailing time on December 6, 2013. The Proposals will be opened by the County Purchasing Agent. Late Proposals will not be considered.

This proposal is being solicited through a “Fair and Open” process in accordance the N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.

Firms are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, C. 127 (NJAC 17:27, et seq) Affirmative Action and P.L. 1977, C.33 (N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2) Corporate Disclosure.
