SCAPE is a partnership that began in response to Salem County’s ever present issue with teen pregnancy. This group of representatives from Salem County social service and health care organizations is working together to address issues surrounding adolescent pregnancy, sexual health, parent-child communication, access to care, and the future of our community’s youth.
“A community partnership designed to empower youth to make responsible decisions to improve their health and well-being.”
“Utilizing school, community, parents and existing resources to create a safety net of support, education & empowerment for teens and young women through community partnership to improve pregnancy outcomes in Salem County.”
Our group meets monthly at the Salem County Department of Health & Human Services.
