Family Medical Leave Act
The Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 (FMLA) is a federal law that requires an employer to provide up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave to eligible employees for certain family and medical reasons. This brochure has been developed to help Salem County employees sort through the process of applying for FMLA leave.

Employee Assistance Program – EAP
Provided by Quantum Health Solutions, Inc., Salem County’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers real help to employees with troublesome off-the-job problems. This brochure describes Quantum’s EAP program and provides contact information. Call toll free 1-877-747-1200.
