At 9:02 A.M. Director C. David Sparks, Jr. opened the meeting and stated that the meeting was in compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act.

The following Freeholders were in attendance: Charles R. Sullivan, Lee R. Ware, Michael H. Facemyer, R. Benjamin Simmermon, Jr., John A. Kugler, Susan A. Bestwick and C. David Sparks, Jr. A quorum was present.

Director Sparks welcomed each participant.

9:00 AM Vocational Technical School - Mr. Perry introduced Dr. Adams who gave the presentation. Mr. Facemyer and Mrs. Gerri Burt gave comments.

9:20 AM Salem Community College - Dr. Klinke introduced Dr. Contini who gave the presentation. Mssrs. Kugler and Facemyer and Mrs. Bestwick gave comments.

9:40 AM Election Board - Mr. John Burke gave the presentation. Mr. Kugler, Mr. Facemyer and Mrs. Bestwick gave comments.

10:00 AM Board of Social Services - Ms. Kathy Lockbaum gave the presentation. Mrs. Bestwick and Mr. Kugler gave comments.

10:20 AM Surrogate- Mrs. Geneva Wood and Mrs. Nicki Burke gave the presentation. Mrs. Bestwick and Mr. Kugler gave comments.

10:40 AM Library Commission - Ms. Judy King gave the presentation. Mr. Facemyer, Ms. Maggie Masserini, Ms. Maniglia, Mr. Kugler, Mr. Simmermon, and Mrs. Bestwick gave comments.

11:00 AM Mosquito Control Commission - Mr. Herb Roescke gave the presentation. Mr. Kugler, Mrs. Bestwick, Mr. Simmermon, Superintendent Dennis Mahoney and Mr. Facemyer gave comments.

11:20 AM Nursing Home - Mr. Bill Meadows introduced Linda Gaal of Complete Care Services who gave the presentation. Mr. Kugler and Mr. Sullivan gave comments.

Director Sparks gave summary comments. Mrs. Bestwick, Mr. Kugler, Mr. Sullivan, Mr. Sparks, Mr. Ware, Mrs. Joanne Bell (CFO) and Mr. Simmermon made final comments.

MOTION TO ADJOURN Motion was made by Mr. Kugler to adjourn the meeting, with Mr. Facemyer seconding. There being no questions on the motion, all Freeholders rose for a 7/0 vote. The meeting adjourned at 12:30 P.M.
