The Salem County Purchasing Agent invites sealed bids for Supplying and Delivering Printed Supplies for the County of Salem.
Specifications may be obtained daily between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM from the Salem County Purchasing Department, Salem County Administration Building, 94 Market Street, Salem, New Jersey, 08079 or they will be mailed on telephone request (856) 935-7510, Extension 8401.
Bids shall be made on the standard bid forms and submitted in the manner designated within the Specifications. They shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the legend, “Bid for Supplying and Delivering Printed Supplies” on the outside. The bids shall be returned to the Salem County Purchasing Agent by Friday, April 4, 2014, 2:00 P.M. prevailing time, when they will be opened and read in public. Late bids will not be considered.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) Affirmative Action and P.L. 1977, c. 33 (N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2) Corporate Disclosure.
