The Salem County Purchasing Agent invites sealed bids for Supplying and Delivering Office Supplies for the County of Salem. This bid is being solicited on behalf of the Salem County Cooperative Contract Purchasing System, as authorized by N.J.S.A. 40 A:11-11(6) and regulated by N.J.A.C. 5:34-7.1, that permits government entities within the geographic boundaries of a County, and at the discretion of the County, to utilize any contract made by the County, provided that the successful bidder to the County is awarded a contract and has elected to extend their prices to those government entities.
Specifications may be obtained daily between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM from the Salem County Purchasing Department, Salem County Administration Building, 94 Market Street, Salem, New Jersey, 08079 or they will be mailed on telephone request (856) 935-7510, Extension 8401. Bids shall be made on the bid form provided and submitted in the manner prescribed. They shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the legend, “Bid for Supplying and Delivering Office Supplies for the County of Salem” on the outside.
The bids shall be returned to the Salem County Purchasing Agent by Friday, November 20, 2015 at 2:00 PM prevailing time, when they will be opened and read in public. Late bids will not be considered.
